How do I book a retreat and what’s included?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred retreat dates. Each booking includes accommodations, most meals, guided activities, and access to curated experiences. Optional excursions or premium services may be available at an additional cost.
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage bookings efficiently.
1. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, excluding any processing or service fees.
2. Partial Refund
Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
3. Non-Refundable Period
Cancellations made within 14 days of the departure date are non-refundable, as reservations and arrangements have already been finalized.
4. No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive or participate in the scheduled trip without prior notice will be considered no-shows, and no refund will be issued.
5. Changes to Bookings
Requests to modify travel dates or traveler details must be made at least 14 days before departure and are subject to availability and possible fees.
6. Cancellation by the Company
In rare cases where we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues), travelers will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to
reschedule the trip for a future date.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original method of payment.
